Specialty Commercial Kitchen Cleaning
Commercial kitchen cleaning is required by law to have type I grease exhaust systems cleaned on a regular basis. This includes cleaning the grease exhaust fan, the grease duct, the hood plenum, the interior of the hood, the grease trays, the grease cups, and grease filters. If commercial kitchen cleaning is neglected, the grease buildup within the system becomes a fire hazard and is in violation of state fire code.
Circle Technologies abides by the NFPA 96: Standard for Ventilation Control and Fire Protection of Commercial Cooking Operations, established by the National Fire Protection Association, as well as other local codes. We are also registered with the state Fire Marshal’s office.
Our services include type I grease exhaust system cleaning and maintenance for commercial kitchen cleaning. Kitchen equipment breakdown and cleaning, oil burning furnace cleaning, HVAC system cleaning & restoration, dryer vent cleaning, and chimney and flue cleaning. We are licensed to operate in Nevada and California. We are registered with Nevada’s fire marshal office and contracting board, carrying a C-21 (refrigeration & air conditioning) class license. We also carry specific trade certifications, including NADCA and IICRC.
Kitchen Hygienic Maintenance
In addition to type I grease exhaust system cleanings (often called hood cleanings), Circle Technologies performs complete commercial kitchen hygienic maintenance. This includes the breakdown and thorough cleaning of cooking equipment, cleaning of dish rooms and scullery, cleaning of prep tables, floors and so much more. Along with general good housekeeping practices, regular kitchen hygienic maintenance contributes to elevated food safety.
A superficial cleaning of surfaces will not create a sanitized environment. We perform deep cleanings to ensure proper sanitation.
